I need to tattoo this to my arm. Rumor has it that I’m impossible when my blood sugar is low.

What’s the first thing (not person) you see in the morning? Write it on a post-it and stick it there–bathroom mirror, fridge door, whatever. The tattoo thing, I dunno…

I don’t mind starting the worst house chores before breakfast, but nought before a cup of green tea.
Then later, coffee to fire up the brain. Wish I weren’t so dependent.

Green tea counts. A light breakfast. Very light. Water counts, too, I think. It’s my understanding that a drink of water was the way the Ancient Romans breakfasted, before the imperial decadence set in.

Perhaps the tattoo is too much. I think I’ll go with the drink of water because that’s easy. It’s already there next to the bed.

Gee, I always work before breakfast. Best time of the day!
